Supreme Group has continued its private-equity-backed acquisition spree, inking its third takeover in 14 months by snapping up U.K.-based marketing and public relations agency BioStrata. The story of Supreme Group’s deal spree dates back to March 2023, when the private equity firm Trinity Hunt Partners took a majority stake in a digital marketing agency focused exclusively on life sciences. Buying BioStrata gives Supreme Group a foothold in Europe. Based in Cambridge, U.K., the agency has worked with more than 200 life sciences companies including Merck KGaA and Thermo Fisher Scientific since setting up shop in 2014.
