SK Capital becomes the lead investor in Swixx Biopharma, as previously announced. In connection with the closing, Bain Capital Life Sciences has taken a minority investment position alongside SK Capital, further strengthening the partnership with additional expertise and global connectivity across both biotechs and large cap pharma.
