Talkspace, the leading digital and virtual behavioral healthcare company, and Hudson Executive Investment Corp. (“HEIC”) (NASDAQ: HECCU, HEC, HECCW), a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by Hudson Executive Capital LP, announced today that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement.
