New York-based TruArc Partners has closed TruArc Partners Fund V, together with its parallel funds, at $1.2 billion in capital commitments, surpassing its $1.1 billion target and exceeding the size of its $840.1 million predecessor fund. The fund will continue the firm’s strategy of investing in middle-market companies across the specialty manufacturing and business services sectors.
