California Attorney General Rob Bonta has conditionally approved a major affiliation between Rady Children’s Hospital and Health Center, its subsidiary Rady Children’s Hospital, and Children’s HealthCare of California, which includes Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) and CHOC at Mission. The hospitals will unite under a single entity named Rady Children’s Health, establishing a consolidated pediatric healthcare delivery system across Southern California.
