U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc. (“USPH” or the “Company”) (NYSE, NYSE Texas: USPH), a national operator of outpatient physical therapy clinics and provider of industrial injury prevention services, announces the acquisition of a twelve-clinic physical therapy practice, effective July 1, 2026. USPH acquired a 67% equity interest, with 33% retained by the current owners. The practice currently generates approximately 112,000 annual visits and $12 million in annual revenue. This acquisition expands USPH’s footprint from 44 to 45 states.
