University Health is adding a third medical building from Christus Health’s former Santa Rosa hospital campus to its portfolio this year. The Bexar County Hospital District board approved University Health’s $5.2 million deal to acquire a two-story, 27,494-square-foot medical office building at 5107 Medical Drive within the South Texas Medical Center. The hospital district plans to close on the property on Dec. 1. The building sits on 2.69 acres, offers parking and is close to University Hospital and the former Santa Rosa hospital.
