Vyome Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: HIND), a clinical-stage healthcare holding company, announces it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Oculo, Inc., an AI startup launched at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (“MIT”). Concurrent with this transaction, Vyome has launched a new business unit focused on using AI to tackle inflammation. This new business unit will leverage Oculo’s assets to develop an AI psychiatrist trained on data from both the US and India, and will be overseen by a newly-formed Vyome Board of Directors AI subcommittee.
