A medical office building in Wauwatosa, Wis., has sold for $52.5 million, according to a report from the Milwaukee Business Journal. The three-story, 100,977-square-foot facility is fully occupied by the Medical College of Wisconsin. The building was purchased by investment management firm Hammes Partners and sold by real estate firm Heitman in a February deal.
