Woodside Health, an Ohio-based private equity firm specializing in healthcare real estate, has completed the sale of Cornerstone Plaza, a medical and retail property located in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. Built in 2002, the property is strategically positioned in Southlake, Texas, and the asset is anchored by Cook Children’s. In addition to its healthcare tenancy, the property includes several retail users. JLL arranged financing from Hillcrest Bank, a division of NBH Bank, on behalf of the borrower, Brownlee Waggoner Holdings.
