A Yorkshire-based veterinary supplier has been acquired by a US group in a deal supported by law firm Mills & Reeve. Infusion Concepts has been acquired by Patterson Companies Inc. Sowerby Bridge and York-based Infusion Concepts, a veterinary sector supplier specialising in infusion pumps, infusion lines and custom labels, has been bought by Patterson’s UK animal health business, National Veterinary Services Ltd (NVS).
