Interactive Health Solutions Inc. filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection from creditors in Delaware on Sunday, listing at least $100 million of both assets and liabilities. The Schaumburg, Illinois-based company listed estimated assets between $100m-$500m and liabilities within the same range in the filing. Private equity firm FFL Partners is Interactive Health’s largest shareholder, according to the filing.
