Stonemont Financial Group announced it closed on the acquisition of two oncology centers occupied by Northside Hospital in Greensboro and Hawkinsville, GA. The properties include an 11,271-square-foot comprehensive cancer treatment center at 1000 Cowles Clinic Way in Greensboro in the Lake Oconee community, and a 10,212-square-foot medical office building on the Taylor Regional Hospital Campus in Hawkinsville. Both buildings are fully occupied by Northside Hospital Cancer Institute.
