Bartlett Regional Hospital announces the agreement to acquire Wildflower Court is completed and Wildflower Court is now part of the Bartlett health system. The news follows a joint announcement in December that the organizations intended to merge. Coming together allows the combined organization to address a growing need and critical gap in service in the region. Development of a comprehensive post-acute care service line that includes home health, hospice, and long-term care will help reduce rehospitalization rates, enhance care coordination, and improve patient throughput and outcomes.
