Mental Health Partners (MHP) and Clinica Family Health (Clinica) intend to merge into one organization. The new organization will be called Clinica Family Health & Wellness and will provide physical, mental, and oral health services from locations across Boulder, Broomfield, Gilpin, and Adams counties.
