New Harbor Capital announces that its portfolio company Access Infusion Care (“Access”, “AIC”) has completed the acquisition of Superior Specialty Pharmacy, LLC and Big Sky Pharmacy Management Inc. dba Big Sky I.V. Care (“Big Sky”, “the Company”), a provider of home and specialty infusion services in Kalispell, Montana. The Company offers a wide range of infusion therapies, including specialty medications, antibiotics, and total parenteral nutrition for chronically ill patients in patients’ homes and infusion suites. This acquisition marks AIC’s first add-on in partnership with New Harbor.
