Indiana Regional Medical Center and Punxsutawney Area Hospital have merged under one parent organization, although the two hospitals will retain their separate identities. The definitive agreement announced Tuesday involves the Pennsylvania Mountains Health Care Network, under which both hospitals will operate and will share a single board and a combined management team. Indiana Regional Medical Center President and CEO Stephen Wolfe will be the president and CEO of the Pennsylvania Mountains Health Care Network.
