Finger Lakes Community Health has announced to explore the possibility of Rochester-based Mosaic Health becoming part of its organization. The move aims to combine resources, increase access to healthcare, and enhance the delivery of services across Upstate New York communities. Currently, the two Community Health Centers serve nearly 43,000 patients across Upstate New York. As part of a nationwide network of health centers, they play a key role in providing medical, dental, behavioral health, and care management services to underserved populations.
