The TriHealth Board of Directors and Clinton Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Wilmington, Ohio, are pleased to announce plans to bring CMH into TriHealth as its sixth acute care hospital. TriHealth has signed an agreement to acquire CMH and its assets, leveraging the strengths and shared commitment to quality of CMH and TriHealth to benefit the communities they serve. Established in 1951, CMH Regional Health System has been providing quality healthcare to area residents for nearly 75 years. CMH Regional Health System’s Clinton Memorial Hospital is a 140-bed hospital located centrally in Wilmington, Ohio.
