The acquired company will be rebranded as Gentell and distribute products under the Gentell name. Founded in 1985, Casex operates manufacturing facilities in Brazil and Paraguay and ships its products throughout South America and around the world. Casex is a leader in the ostomy products field, producing colostomy bags, ileostomy, accessories and dressings. It also manufactures advanced and traditional wound care products.
