Creative Solutions in Healthcare, the largest skilled nursing operator in Texas, has acquired five skilled nursing facilities from Diversicare, effective July 1. This acquisition brings the company’s statewide footprint to 174 properties, including 153 skilled nursing locations. The newly acquired facilities are located in Houston, Lockhart, Lampasas, Yorktown, and Luling. Each location is planned to begin substantial upgrades to infrastructure and resident services. Founded in 2000 by Gary and Malisa Blake, Creative Solutions in Healthcare is a family-owned company headquartered in Fort Worth, TX.
