Aya Healthcare remains the largest US healthcare staffing provider in terms of revenue, according to SIA’s recently released Largest Healthcare Staffing Firms in the United States: 2025 Update report. The second largest is CHG Healthcare Services, followed by Jackson Healthcare at No. 3. Overall, fewer firms made SIA’s list of largest healthcare staffing firms this year. It includes 89 healthcare staffing firms that generated at least $50 million in 2024, down from 100 firms from the prior year’s list based on 2023 revenue. Six companies on this year’s list did not appear in last year’s report: Astrya Global Medical Staffing, Caliber Healthcare Solutions, Curative (Doximity), Fusion Healthcare Staffing, RCM Technologies and ShiftMed.
