A group of Capital Region ophthalmology practices and a surgery center are now operating under a single company. The businesses are merging and rebranding into the ophthalmology group EyesNY, according to Dr. Amjad Hammad, president of the group. The companies involved in the merger include Hammad’s Saratoga Ophthalmology practice, as well as Glens Falls Eye Associates, Westfall Vision in Glens Falls, Your Vision Resource in Saratoga Springs, and practices owned by doctors Gregory Pinto and Jeffrey Paul of Saratoga Springs. The group also operates The New York Eye Surgical Center in Wilton, which is owned by Hammad and three other doctors now part of EyesNY.
