MGS said Knudsen Plast’s operations in Denmark and Slovakia will enhance the contract development and manufacturing organization’s ability to support customers across Europe. It brings expanded cleanroom capacity, deep injection molding expertise and greater proximity to regional supply chains. MGS has 1,600 employees across 13 global facilities after this acquisition, which it said strengthens its position as a leading provider of end-to-end healthcare development and manufacturing solutions.
