Aveanna Healthcare Holdings (Nasdaq: AVAH) is committed to expanding its home health and hospice business through acquisitions during 2026 and beyond. The company is currently integrating two non-hospice companies that it acquired last year, First Home Care and Thrive Pediatrics. More deals are likely on the way, according to CEO Jeff Shaner. “We are committed to growing our home health and hospice business through accretive M&A,” Shaner said in an earnings call. “I think you’ll see us get back to home health, focused on both the de novo and tuck-in M&A.”
