(AVS), a privately held medical technology company developing a next-generation intravascular lithotripsy (IVL) platform designed to treat calcified peripheral arterial disease. The acquisition will strengthen Stryker’s Peripheral Vascular (PV) portfolio by adding revascularization technology.
