The transaction enables Bonaventure to concentrate its operational resources and capital on the Pacific Northwest, where the company is headquartered and where demographic and market conditions point to sustained, long-term demand. The sale reduces Bonaventure’s portfolio from 28 to 24 communities, all of which are located across Washington and Oregon.
