Behavioral health software company Kipu Health has completed its largest acquisition to date. Miami-based Kipu Health closed a deal on April 16 to acquire Team Recovery Technologies, a patient engagement and alumni program software provider. The company also provides consulting services to help behavioral health providers grow these programs. Carina Edwards, CEO of Kipu Health, told Behavioral Health Business that the Team Recovery Technologies acquisition was the company’s largest so far in terms of purchase price. Edwards declined to comment on the acquisition’s price tag.
