San Antonio is one of the fastest growing markets in the state, and further expands on H2’s strategy to invest in areas with strong population growth. H2’s presence in Texas now includes 53 locations including outpatient adult, pediatric, and senior living facilities throughout the state. Cibolo Creek was founded by Jeff and Kellie Borcik and has been providing quality care to community for over 13 years. The Cibolo Creek team will continue to operate in their 3 existing locations and will partner with H2 to add locations in the San Antonio area.
