Delta Health System announces it has signed a definitive agreement under which Delta Health System will acquire the Alliance Cancer Center in Greenville, Mississippi from Alliance Oncology LLC. As part of the agreement, Delta Health System will assume operational responsibilities for the center, including staffing, facility services and medical records oversight, while working to ensure continuity of care for patients. Alliance Oncology’s parent company, Akumin, will provide transitory support.
