A newly built Riverview medical office project anchored by AdventHealth Primary Care Network has sold for roughly $28.5 million to Sun Life Assurance Co. of Canada through its BentallGreenOak real estate platform. The 33,694-square-foot property sits at 6606 Simmons Loop near U.S. 301 in Riverview. Tampa-based Harrod Development Inc. developed the project. The transaction reflects continued investor interest in outpatient medical office properties across South Hillsborough County.
