Home health and hospice revenue drove impressive results in the 2026 first quarter for The Pennant Group, which continued to incorporate divested UnitedHealth Group/Amedisys assets in the Southeast into its portfolio. The home health, hospice and senior living firm earned $10.3 million for the quarter ended March 31, a 20.1% increase compared to the year-earlier quarter. Revenue rose by 36% to $285.4 million. Revenues for home health and hospice services in the first quarter totaled $229.1 million, a robust 43% increase compared to the year-earlier quarter.
