LEARN Behavioral has acquired fellow autism services provider Little Leaves Behavioral Services. The deal closed on May 11, Behavioral Health Business has confirmed. LEARN Behavioral, backed by Gryphon Investors, acquired Little Leaves Behavioral Services from behavioral health and special education company FullBloom, which is backed by the investment firm American Securities. BHB has reached out to several officials involved on both sides of this deal. Little Leaves Behavioral Health Services brings to the deal a multi-state footprint that offers applied behavior analysis (ABA), parent training and social skills groups.
