Premier Vision Lab, a full-service optical laboratory based in Salt Lake City, announced the company has transitioned from a doctor-owned model to fully independent ownership, opening its doors to eyecare practices across the region. The acquisition was completed in December 2025 by Afshin Baghai and Ben Rollins. Premier Vision Lab holds VSP contract lab status and carries a full product lineup including Shamir, Hoya, Unity TechShield and SunSync.
