Burlington, Massachusetts-based addiction treatment provider Groups Recover Together has acquired Better Life Partners. The transaction closed on March 31 and marks Groups’ first acquisition. While the deal does not add any new operational geographies to Groups Recover Together‘s portfolio, it deepens the company’s resources throughout New England and introduces new care model elements that will allow the company to expand into new territories later this year. The acquisition also doubles the number of patients Groups Recover Together will serve in its New England region from around 3,000 members per week to more than 6,000 weekly.
