Frey Medical Management, a rural hospital transformation company, is the new owner of Luverne, Ala.-based Crenshaw Community Hospital, according to a Jan. 31 post on the hospital’s Facebook page. The 25-bed hospital comprises inpatient, outpatient, medical and surgical care and swing-bed rehabilitation, according to its website. It is also a fully licensed and accredited behavioral health unit that offers acute psychiatric services to people ages 19 to 65.
