The properties are located in California and Missouri. The Company also acquired two new SHOP assets for approximately $45.3 million. The properties are located in Kansas. Subsequent to the quarter ended March 31, 2026, the Company acquired six new SHOP assets for approximately $86.4 million. The properties are located in Georgia and South Carolina. The Company also sold two Non-Core Properties for approximately $8.1 million within its Outpatient Medical and Triple-Net Leased Properties segments.
