(“Xanitos”) to an affiliate of Bessemer Investors, LLC (“Bessemer”). Xanitos provides critical healthcare environmental services, including infection prevention support, patient transport, housekeeping, and linen services, to over 100 hospitals across more than 25 states. During Angeles’ ownership, Xanitos doubled revenue and frontline headcount, while continuing to deliver industry-leading services to hospitals and their patients.
