Linimed Gruppe (“Linimed” or “the Company”), a leading provider of community intensive care services, today announced it has secured capital from funds managed by Ares Management (“Ares”) to support its growth strategy in intensive community care and rehabilitation therapy services. GHO Capital (“GHO”), a European specialist healthcare investor and Linimed’s majority shareholder since 2018, has strengthened Linimed’s capital structure by bringing in Ares as a new financing partner, alongside existing lenders BlackRock and Berenberg. Demonstrating further strategic momentum, Linimed has completed the acquisition of GeBomed GmbH, an ambulatory outpatient nursing service based in the Lower Rhine region of Germany.
