Austin-based survey and market research company QuestionPro has acquired Dallas-based Care Experience, a customer experience platform focused on health care. Financial terms of terms of the deal were not disclosed. QuestionPro, which started in 2005, relocated its headquarters to Austin from San Fransico this year. It offers a platform capable of conducting surveys, building templates, automating reports and other survey-related services. It competes with survey company giants such as SurveyMonkey and Qualtrics. Care Experience offers a patient feedback business unit. Its customer experience technology serves about 100 hospital systems around the country, and is designed to help health care companies understand the patient’s voice and experience across care.
