A United States bankruptcy court approved the $50 million sale of Borrego Health to DAP Health on Wednesday, the latest step for the troubled federally qualified health center to transfer operations of clinics to a like-minded center. The sale, which still faces some regulatory approvals, would dramatically expand Palm Springs-based DAP Health’s reach across Southern California. Borrego Health has 18 clinics, two pharmacies and six mobile clinics in Riverside and San Diego counties, according to a Sept. 27 court filing.
