(“BBOT”) (Nasdaq: BBOT), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on RAS-pathway malignancies, announces the closing of its previously announced business combination with Helix Acquisition Corp. II (formerly Nasdaq: HLXB) (“Helix”), a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) sponsored by affiliates of Cormorant Asset Management. In connection with the closing, Helix changed its name to “BridgeBio Oncology Therapeutics, Inc.” The combined business is expected to have approximately $490 million in cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities.
