Berkadia has announced the sale of two Class A medical outpatient buildings: Woodforest Medical Plaza, located in Houston, Texas, and Williamson Health Center, located in Nashville, Tennessee. The seller was Brentwood, Tennessee-based CMK Properties. Woodforest Medical Plaza and Williamson Health Center sold to Georgia-based SG Property Services, LLC.
