Berkadia, a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate sector, has announced the sale of Benton House Decatur, a 73-unit assisted living and memory care community in Decatur, Georgia, approximately ten miles northeast of downtown Atlanta. Benton House Decatur was purchased on December 1 by a long-time owner of senior living communities. It will be operated going forward by Phoenix Senior Living and rebranded at The Retreat at Decatur. The community has consistently won awards from US News and World Report, Fortune Magazine, Great Place to Work, and Pinnacle Customer Satisfaction.
