Bruker announces that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Phasefocus Holdings Limited, a privately held company that has leading expertise in imaging and image processing algorithms. Phasefocus has deployed their expertise to develop a novel optical microscope, called Livecyte, for label free imaging. Bruker’s global reach will help build on Phasefocus’ success to date. Headquartered in Sheffield, UK, Phasefocus was founded in 2006 and have developed the Livecyte product based on strong algorithms and patented technology.
