CareTrust REIT, Inc. (NYSE:CTRE) (“CareTrust” or the “Company”) announces the acquisition of six skilled nursing facilities located in the Mid-Atlantic for a purchase price of approximately $142 million including transaction costs, effective January 1, 2026. The portfolio contains 532 licensed beds and is operated by a tenant new to CareTrust under a long-term triple net lease with annual inflation-based rent escalators and multiple renewal options. The closing of this transaction extends the momentum from 2025, a year in which the Company closed approximately $1.8 billion of investments.
