Real estate investment company Clarion Partners and specialty investment manager Franklin Templeton together have acquired MorningStar Holly Park in Centennial, CO. Denver, CO-based commercial real estate agency Edgemark was the seller. The transaction follows New York City-based Clarion Partners’ recent announcement that it is expanding its independent living, assisted living and memory care segment as part of a growing $3 billion platform in senior living, medical office, inpatient rehabilitation and related properties. MorningStar at Holly Park includes 160 independent living, assisted living and memory care units.
