Capitol Imaging Services, a portfolio company of Clearview Capital Fund IV, has acquired Outpatient Imaging, a provider of diagnostic imaging services through nine centers in the greater Atlanta area and Statesboro, Ga. The deal marks Capitol Imaging’s entry into its sixth state and supports its continued expansion across the Gulf South. Capitol Imaging now operates 57 centers across Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida and Georgia.
