One of the most recent moves came on Thursday, when the U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) finalized a new set of policies meant to “strengthen enrollee protections and guardrails” in Medicare Advantage (MA) while ensuring plans meet members’ needs.
