Coastal Medical Transportation Systems (CMTS), a privately owned and operated medical transportation company dedicated to providing the highest quality of care with compassion, dignity and respect for customers and their patients, announced Wednesday the completion of its acquisition of Transformative Healthcare’s Massachusetts medical transportation arm, comprised of Fallon Ambulance Service and LifeLine Ambulance Service. As a result of the deal, CMTS’s service area has expanded and is now collectively covering the Cape and the Islands, South Shore, Boston Metro, and Central Massachusetts regions.
